On 29 September, we had our monthly Works Council with the management. You can find below a summary of one of the main decisions.

Concerning our salaries, it was decided to go back to the original conditions.

This means:

Permanent contracts before April 2014 will have baremic changes applied as before.

It was already decided during a previous meeting that:

• Contracts as from April 2014 would have a baremic increase of 245 euros for ALL pilots.
• Baremic scale will be adapted to the real seniority in the company, including the months flown with temporary contracts.

We are happy with this outcome, BeCA’s lawyer was of good advice.

During the next months a possible review of the remuneration package will be evaluated. It will be our goal to find an attractive and acceptable solution for the whole pilot group and the company.
