Three times a year the Belgian Cockpit Association – representing airline pilots in Belgium – publishes a member’s magazine called ‘Cockpit Flash’. Because we strongly believe in the ICAO Annex 19 concepts on Safety Management we are pleased to share with you a public edition of the third issue of 2014.

Renamed “Safety Flash”, this special edition focuses on

• Safety Management Systems (SMS),
• Just Safety Culture (JSC)
• Fatigue Risk Management (FRM).

All articles are based on official reference documents and our sole objective is to disseminate their contents to the largest extent possible in easy-to-understand language.
