We have two open opportunities at BeCA and are looking for motivated members to join us:

1. Vice President for TUI

Our current VP for TUI has stepped down after transitioning to another role outside the airline. We thank him for his work and are now looking for someone to take over.

As a VP at BeCA, you will:

• Support TUI pilots with legal advice, medical issues, or operational concerns
  
• Collaborate with other airline VPs to address Belgian-wide pilot issues (e.g., pension, BCAA)
  
• Represent BeCA at the European Cockpit Association (ECA) and influence policy for all EU pilots
  
• Participate in global safety initiatives through IFALPA
  

This is a critical leadership role with wide impact — both inside and outside TUI.

2. Join Our Communication Team

We’re also looking for a second volunteer to join our Communication Team, working alongside Mina & Cédric de Weerdt.

Tasks include:

• Writing and editing news updates, podcast and campaigns
  
• Publishing on social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
  
• Helping shape how BeCA communicates with its members and beyond
  

This is a great opportunity for someone who’s interested in communication, design, or simply staying active within the BeCA community.
