Discussions on pensions for pilots have been on for a long time. BeCA has always defended the establishment of a specific system, that would be self-sufficient and that would take into account the peculiarities and the difficulties linked to the pilot profession. BeCA Executive Committee therefore recently decided to reopen our pension working group, in order to define a clear strategy, position and action plan.
