Recently, several aircrafts landed in EBBR with less than the 150m minimum RVR. There was confusion between aircraft minimum RVR for CAT3B approach (typically 75m for Airbuses), country state minima (in Belgium: 75m for landing, 125m for takeoff) and the airport minima (150m for takeoff and landing in EBBR).

Whenever the reported RVR is under the published airport minima, ATC will refuse takeoff clearance. However, pilots requesting to land with RVR below published RVR will be advised that they are below minimum, but will not be refused landing clearance.
